Goauche paint in brown, with blue and white highlights on laid paper bearing the Strathmore watermark at lower left. Pencil signature and dated 1944 at lower right. Blue Strathmore laid paper has faded to buff color, otherwise fine condition.
Provenance: Original purchase from the artist in 1944, passed by descent within the purchaser's family to the granddaughter.
